Information Management. Designed a prototype, structured, controlled, Confluence Wiki to replace Credential's outdated manuals and Client Relations' internal-only information website. A cost-effective solution allowing all stakeholders (Investment Representatives, Client Relations and Head Office) to read off 'the same page' while eliminating the duplication of work and greatly reducing the administrative effort for maintaining and updating documentation.
AODA. After thorough research and extensive trial & error, I mastered the creation of AODA-compliant forms for Manulife Direct Investing. AODA-compliant forms allow people with disabilities to use screen readers to read and complete fillable forms.
Robo-Advisor. Within our VirtualWealth robo-advisor platform, I championed the ability for clients to open accounts and to update their information without using forms.
